Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Podium platform, marketplace, and related SportsNX products (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by SportsNX (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or listing or registering for a tournament, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organiser or administrator account.

Participants registering for events may be minors where permitted by the event organiser and applicable law. Organisers are responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile and organisation details up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a security or abuse risk.

If you use Podium to run tournaments or publish a microsite, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, fees, eligibility rules, schedules, results, refunds, and communications with participants.

You must comply with applicable sports governing body rules, local regulations, tax obligations, and payment settlement requirements.

You grant SportsNX a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your tournament content as needed to operate the Platform.

When you register for an event through the marketplace or a tournament microsite, you enter into a relationship directly with the event organiser. SportsNX provides registration infrastructure but is not the organiser of third-party events unless explicitly stated.

Registration fees, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled according to the organiser’s published policies and applicable law.

Where payment collection is enabled, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms in addition to ours.

SportsNX may charge platform or processing fees as disclosed during checkout or in your organiser agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may not use the Platform to upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content; to scrape or reverse engineer the service; to interfere with platform security; or to impersonate another person or organisation.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the Platform.

SportsNX and its licensors retain all rights in the Platform, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence granted to us to operate the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of organiser-supplied event information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsNX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to SportsNX in the twelve months before the claim or INR 10,000.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
