This Privacy Policy explains how SportsNX (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Podium platform, marketplace, and related services (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information such as name, email address, phone number, organisation details, and authentication credentials.

Profile and participation data including sport preferences, registration forms, documents uploaded by organisers or participants, match results, and communications sent through the Platform.

Payment and billing information processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, log files, cookies, and usage analytics.

To provide and improve the Platform, including registration, scheduling, scoring, marketplace listings, and customer support.

To authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

To send service-related messages such as registration confirmations, schedule updates, and account notices.

To analyse usage trends and develop new features, subject to appropriate safeguards.

With event organisers when you register for their tournaments, including the details required to manage participation.

With service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SportsNX, our users, or the public.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of personal information.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (session tokens) and may use cookies or similar technologies for preferences and analytics.

You can clear stored session data by signing out or clearing site data in your browser. Disabling storage may prevent sign-in from working.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Organisers may retain participant records for their events according to their own policies and legal requirements.

We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

You may update account details from your profile settings where available.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing, by contacting privacy@sportsnx.in. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act where applicable.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. Organisers collecting information about minors must do so with appropriate consent and in compliance with applicable law.

Your information may be processed in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when information is transferred across borders.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
